How to register your business to the Beautynbrushes. platform
Growing your business, especially during Covid-19 can be difficult. That’s why its important to use every resource and marketing tool available, in order to help you grow business. The issue is that most of the time, marketing and resources is not cheap, and certainly not free.
Thats why the Beautynbrushes platform should be a no brainer when it comes to a platform that could help you grow your clientel. The platform allows you as a beauty professional to create a profile, list services that you offer, post pics/vids of your work and receive booked appointments and deposits straight on the platform. What’s amazing about of all of this is that it is completely free.
Below we walk you through the steps of registering your business to the Beautynbrushes platform.
Step 1 - Creating your account
The first step to registering your business is to enter your personal information.
If you are a service provider, check the box at the top that says “I’m a service provider”, and then choose what type of Beauty Professional you are.
2. Then add your first and last name, your email address and then create your password.
Step 2 - Add your business information.
This is where you add your business name, your business address, your phone number and your instagram or facebook page. Its good to add your instagram page so clients can see any extra posts you may already have. (You should definitely still make it a priority to post your pics and vids on the beauty platform to ensure, potential clients can discover you.
Once you’ve entered all of your information in, click “Continue”
Step 3 - Let potential clients know what your hours of operation is.
This is straightforward. This gives the client an idea of when they could book an appointment with you. Once your done editing, click “Save Hours”
Adding the services that you offer
Step 4 - Now here’s where you get to show off your range of talent. This is where you add all of the services that you offer. When adding a service you also associate each service with a price, a picture of the service, and your also able to add any notes you would want the client to know about that specific service
To add a service, click on the “Add new service” button. Choose the service from the service dropdown. Write how long you think it takes you to do the service. (This is so that clients will have an idea of how long the service will take when booking with you and the system will also know not to double book you for the same timeslots).
After that, enter how much you normally charge for the service, so that clients know what to expect. You can also add a picture of what the service may look like, just to help the client know what to expect from that service. This is not mandatory, however you may want to do this to make yourself stand out from the crowd. Once your done inputting all of your information for the service, click the “Create service” button. This will save your service.
After this, you can continue to add more and more services that you offer using the same steps from above. Once your done adding all of your services, click the “save service” button at the bottom
If you didn't add any services then you can click the profile icon at the top to proceed. If you added services and pressed “saved services” it should bring you to the place where you are able to upload pictures and videos of your work.
Uploading a picture/video
In order to upload a picture, click where it says “drop files here to upload” then choose an image/video of your choice. Once youve chosen, crop it to your liking. Once you’ve done that, choose the service that was done in the picture/video that your uploading. Please note that you won’t be able to choose any services if you didn’t add any services in the previous step. Once you’ve added a service, add any hashtags you would like, and click the “post button”.
Once you click post, you’ll be take to your profile page to view it. From here you can continue to add things to your profile page until it is complete and fully ready to go
