If you can count the lashes on your eye, that will be considered a full set. If you show up to your appointment without notifying you need a full set, there may not be time to complete a full set, and you will have to reschedule.
You are allowed a 10 minute grace period, if you don’t arrive within the 10 minute grace period you will be charged a 15$ late fee. If you decline the late fee you will not be able to receive service and as stated you will not be refunded.
*If you exceed 15mins you will need to reschedule.
*You are only allowed to reschedule once or you forfeit your payment and will have to pay for a new appointment to book.
* If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour advance notice is required.
* If you are a no call no show you forfeit your payment and will have to book a new appointment to be paid in full before being serviced.
All payments (deposit/retainer fees) are transferable and non refundable.
