After 30 minutes the appointment is canceled. Book a time that works best for you, so you don’t have to rush. -All clients should come to any appointment with hair free from any gel or oils for the BEST RESULTS! -NO EXTRA PEOPLE who are not getting serviced. -Please bring any supplies not included with install e.g wig cap, braiding hair, hair pins etc -FRONTALS AND CLOSURES SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO ME TWO DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT OR I WILL CHARGE A SAME DAY CUSTOMIZATION FEE OF $25
